Are you a state licensed facility?
Yes. We all sites are licensed by the state of Wisconsin.
Do you provide meals?
Both Edgar Child Care Center and Wildcat Early Learning center participate in the Child and Adult Food Program. Both sites serve breakfast, lunch and PM snack. School's Out club provides an after school snack and breakfast on no school days.
What type of trainings do your teachers receive?
Our teachers receive training in abusive head trauma, sudden infant death syndrome, training to recognize child abuse and neglect, Pediatric CPR & AED, as well as other courses to ready them for their position. Our program also offers the TEACH scholarship to the staff members who wish to continue their early childhood education.
Do you use a parent engagement app?
Yes. Edgar Child Care Inc. utilizes ProCare as a parent engagement tool and for meal/attendance tracking.
